End User License Agreement

Grant of License
Rtexo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SOQL Data Source for Salesforce plugin (the 'Software') in accordance with this agreement.
Permitted Use
You may install and use the Software within compatible JetBrains IDEs for the purpose of querying and inspecting Salesforce data via SOQL.
Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the Software. The Software is provided for read-only data inspection in the Community Edition.
Intellectual Property
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Rtexo. Salesforce, IntelliJ IDEA, and DataGrip are trademarks of their respective owners.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rtexo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Rtexo may terminate this license at any time if you breach any terms of this agreement.
